From mould to plastic product

Polat Kalıp began manufacturing moulds for plastic bottles and caps in 1996. We have also produced plastic bottles and caps since 2000.

At our workshop in Başakşehir, Istanbul, we bring together mould design, machining and plastic production. Our work includes blow and injection moulds, blow moulding heads, and mould maintenance and repair.
