From design to mould
We prepare the mould design around the product dimensions and production method, then manufacture its components using CNC machining, turning, grinding and die-sinking EDM.
Maintenance and repair
We assess worn or damaged mould components and carry out maintenance and repairs based on the condition of the tooling and production requirements.

We select materials according to each mould component’s role and production requirements.
